The adults also can enjoy them for sure. The best part is that it can be stored in airtight containers and enjoyed as needed. I have used Omani Dates for this. You can use any variety of them that are easily available to you. This can be a great option for everyday Snacking. An afterschool quick munchie or a super delicious and a healthy Brunch on a weekend as well. The list is endless. I usually pack these in their Lunchboxes too so that they can have them during the short break. And it's perfectly okay to eat these on a daily basis as the growing children needs lots of nutritional goodness in their diet.

* Step 1

Wash and deseed all the Dates at first. Stuff each one of it with a whole roasted Cashewnut. You can add even two just like me.

That's it. As easy as that. And serve immediately or store for any day use. These can be stored in airtight containers in the refrigerator and relished as needed.
