Winters bring an excellent array of fresh cartloads of Vegetables and Fruits. And when there are numerous dishes made and relished. Soups cannot be far either. One can make and enjoy them warm in the evenings with our loved ones. Broccoli Soup is one such delightful one. And this one here is made with an addition of Potato to it. It's amazingly delicious, luscious and creamy to the core.
Both kids and the adults would love this. You can be rest assured about that. And not only in taste or flavour, the look of it also says it all. Beautiful and absolutely tempting with a flavourful and mouthwatering texture. It's an absolutely healthy one.
You cannot skip it this Season. It's a must have Soup. My family loves it and especially enjoys it on a lazy Weekend when the Weather outside is cold and chilly.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and clean the florets thoroughly to get rid of the dirt, grit or sand. Next is to add them to a pan with cubed Potato along with two to three cups of water. Let it boil on a medium high heat until tender.
* Step 2
Meanwhile heat a teaspoon of Butter in a pan. Add chopped Garlic and Onion. Saute until the raw smell fades away and it's translucent preferably on a low heat.
* Step 3
After the Vegetables are done and they are at room temperature, blend them to a smooth puree. Add this to the pan with sauteed Onion Garlic mix. Stir in the Salt and both the Peppers. Also add a tablespoon of Fresh Cream. Mix well and that's it.
* Step 4
Lo and behold! The creamy Broccoli Soup is all ready to be enjoyed piping hot with a small stalk of Coriander and a generous swirl of Cream on top. Yum! Enjoy! Bon Appetit!
