#cookpadindia #bread #everydaycooking Maida Rotis or Chapatis are made just like the normal one's with Wheat Flour. These are soft and supple and make for a delicious meal as well. These are a perfect choice for Breakfast or any other meal of the day. Once in a while, these are okay to try just for a lovely change from the routine Aata Chapatis. I usually serve it with a Non-Veg dish as it's really awesome. These can be a great Lunchbox or Tiffin box idea too. Any homemade Veg Curry also goes very well alongside it and I make Cumin Potatoes or any Paneer Curry with it for the Lunchbox. Super soft and melt in mouth Rotis or Chapatis are absolutely a treat to the tastebuds.

15-18 minutes

Ghee or Oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Knead a smooth dough adding all the ingredients to a mixing bowl except the last one. Set aside for a couple of minutes.

* Step 2

Heat a tawa or a griddle. In the meantime, divide the dough into balls of equal size either medium or small.

* Step 3

Roll and roast them using Oil as desired. Roast them well on both the sides pressing a little with a clean kitchen towel. Fluffy super soft Rotis are done easily in just a few minutes. Serve hot with any side dish for a healthy Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner.
