Butter sauteed Corn and Green Peas

#cookpadindia #easy #rainyday A perfect rainy day accompaniment. This is a popular one with everyone including the kids. What I did to this one here in this particular version is that I have added fresh frozen Green Peas too, thereby giving it an excellent innovative twist.

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat Butter along with a teaspoon of oil in a nonstick pan. Add Corn kernels and the Green Peas. saute them on low heat. Stir in Red Chilli powder, Salt, and Lemon juice.

* Step 2

Roasting on a stovetop can be a little quick or can be sauteed for a longer time making them crunchier. The choice is entirely one's own. Nevertheless it tastes the best either way.

Chat Masala can also be added as desired. Dig into them right away. Eat them hot as soon as they are out of the fire. Yummy hot Corn/Bhutta and Green Peas with utterly butterly delicious Amul Butter are all yours. Enjoy!
