Juices or Smoothies is a good option to utilize the natural goodness of Fruits and wrap the benefits of the abundant amount of essential Minerals and Vitamins present in them. And not only is it easy to make, a good Blender will definitely make your job a lot more comfortable. You need not strain the Juice. Otherwise if you think the blender has not been of much help or if you desire, strain it and enjoy the flavourful cooler. It's absolutely yum. Chilled glass of Juice in hands and a relaxing Summer evening definitely is a stress buster by all means. It makes you feel better and hydrated.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Blend all the ingredients to a lovely looking and healthy Juice.

* Step 2

Sugar can also be added but the Grapes were already sweet and only a teeny weeny bit tangy. Therefore I preferred Organic Honey instead of Sugar.

* Step 3

Pour them in two serving glasses and relish the delicious Cooler. Yum!
