Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan, heat oil and add the ginger garlic paste and green chillies. Saute for a minute and add the rest of the spices. Now add the sliced onions. Saute until translucent. Add the chopped tomatoes now.

* Step 2

Followed by the cauliflower florets and diced capsicum both. Cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Open the lid and adjust salt accordingly. Deep fry potatoes and add to the pot. This way they get done easily and also tastes yum.

* Step 3

Saute until the oil starts separating and a thick masala is formed due to tomatoes and onions. Garnish with lots of chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot as a side dish to your favourite meal.
