Homemade Butter Janthikalu or Murukku

A famous Andhra Rice flour twisters well known for their crunchy texture. These are crispy and crunchy with a Buttery flavour. Use of spices depends upon one's liking and can be increased to suit as such.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add all the ingredients to a bowl except butter.
* Step 2
Take a string hopper or a murukku maker. Heat enough Oil for frying. Choose an attachment with medium holes. Fill it up with the dough. Keep it directly over the kadai and make concentric circles taking care all the while.
* Step 3
Keep the flame on a low when you do this. Deep fry until light golden in colour. Follow the same method for the rest of the dough. Serve these warm with evening tea or coffee. After the janthikalu cools down, store them in airtight containers and relish upto a month or more.
