#cookpadindia A homemade and an easy peasy Namkeen done with Puffed Rice or called as Murmura. It's an excellent option for anytime Snacking. It's not only healthy but quite a filling one as well. Basically it's a stir fried one with a few simplest of the everyday spices that we all use along with Nuts. A best option for a healthy Brunch and an afterschool Snack as well. An awesome tiffin box idea too. It's actually a multipurpose one. Healthy and a wholesome Snack with all the goodness of essential nutrients. Done quite easily and practically effortlessly too. Gather all the ingredients and proceed with the making. That's it. I have used all those Nuts that were handy. You can very well use your favourite one's.

Ingredient

Food ration :

8-10 servings

Cooking time :

25-30 minutes
2 tbsp

Oil

2 sprigs

Curry Leaves

1 cup

Peanuts

1/4 cup

Almonds

1/4 cup

Walnuts

1/4 cup

Cashewnuts

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a big vessel, heat oil, add curry leaves first. Mix well and let it roast on a low flame until crispy for about 4 to 5 minutes. Keep stirring in between.

Sprinkle Chat Masala and Anardana (pomegranate powder) on top and mix well. That's it. It is all done. To make it more appealing to the kids, I served them in Capsi baskets. Kids as well as adults will love to have these as a munchie. Enjoy ! Yum!
