Cheese Loaded Veg and Egg Toaster Sandwiches

#toc1 #cookpadindia A healthy toaster idea for Breakfast by me for all you lovely kids out there. Yummy and a quick one to make on the busy mornings. Full of Proteins, Vitamins and Minerals that come from the Veggies. Add your favourite Vegetables to make it according to your family's preferences. This is an instant hit with my family. They just love these a lot. And Sunday's this is our must have Breakfast. You can add any Cheese that's handy and available. I also Cheddar and Mozzarella too. You can add your favourite Vegetables too and this is a yummylicious way of making your children eat healthy Vegetables without any fuss.

Ingredient

Cooking time :

20 minutes

Eggs

1/4 cup

Sweet Corn

3-4 tbsp

Butter

1 tsp

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Whisk the Rggs well and add in all the ingredients. Give them all a good mix and heat the toaster in the meanwhile.

* Step 2

Pour 2 tablespoons of the mix in each of the groove or the depression of the toaster. It will take around 2-3 minutes for one batch. Four sandwiches can be made per batch.

This recipe makes around 12 of them. Enjoy these beautiful Sandwiches either with an all time favourite Ketchup or some Chilli Garlic Sauce. Yum!
