Gooey chocolaty wonder that no one can ever resist. It is on top of my menu card on almost any occasion. It practically tops the chart in my house.
That's not all. It's the most loved and asked for. It's always high in demand and I have no other choice left. But jokes apart, I just love cooking for my family as everyone of you does.
Ingredient
Food ration :

25 minutes
100 gm
Butter
60 gm
White Sugar
40 gm
Brown Sugar
3
Eggs
1 tsp
Baking powder
1 tbsp
Vanilla Essence
11 gm
Cocoa powder
220 gm
Semi sweet Chocolate
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Whisk the Eggs and Butter along with Sugar. Add in the Vanilla essence too.
* Step 2
Melt the Chocolate using a double boiler method or in a microwave. Add it to the batter.
* Step 3
Mix the dry ingredients well and gently fold in the batter. Preheat the oven to 10 minutes prior to preparing the batter.
* Step 4
Bake in this preheated fan assisted middle rack of the oven on 180° for 15 minutes. Your chocolaty gooey fudgy chewy Brownies are ready to devour.
* Step 5
Serve them with a generous dollop of Vanilla Ice-cream.
