Tamarind or Imli Popsicles

My innovative idea at it's best with my 1600th recipe on Cookpad. Now this is what I call some real tangy awesomeness. I have used normal Imli or Tamarind that we use in cooking in these easy peasy Popsicles.
This is not only very easy to make but also a very yummy one, absolutely tummy friendly and very very helpful in digestion just like our good old Jaljeera or Jal Jeera. The only thing is that this doesn't have any Lemon or Mint Leaves.
But if desired, you can very well add them. This was just a random try and my family got hooked to it. They just loved this idea. The same way how we love to lick on some Sweet Tamarind, even these are the same but just that they are frozen to perfection.
So that's it. Nothing more! Nothing less!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First of all, it's important to squeeze out the juice from the soaked Tamarind. Do not add much water to it. Keep it medium thick.
* Step 2
Add the rest of the ingredients to this and simmer on a low heat for about 10 minutes. I have actually done this to make it easier for those who might not like raw Tamarind. And also those who are sensitive to the tanginess of it, they might feel good with it. I prefer it this way always. You can just mix and freeze if desired.
* Step 3
Fill in the Popsicle moulds or just about any type of disposable cups like me. Freeze until set. Enjoy! Yum!
