Kairi Pudina Chutney

#boxweek16 #cookpadindia #chutney This is a yummy Chutney made in my maternal home very often. It's a tangy one. Kairi refers to the Raw Mango here. It's a versatile Chutney and can be used as an accompaniment or a Dip. It goes well with most of the fried Snacks like Samosas, Pakoras and Kachoris. It also can be used as a spread on the toasted Bread. Or can be very well used in Rolls and Wraps too.

Ingredient

8-10 servings

Cooking time :

15 minutes
2-3 bunches

Mint Leaves

As needed

Water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash thoroughly and dry the Raw Mango at first. Chop into small pieces. Wash and pluck all the Mint Leaves.

* Step 2

Now add these both ingredients to a blender jar along with the rest of them as mentioned above. Add little water if required. Blitz to a smooth Chutney.

* Step 3

Adjust Salt according to one's own taste. Serve this tangy Chutney with Samosas or anything of your choice. Enjoy!
