Stovetop Piri Piri Popcorn

An absolutely perfect one for a rainy day munching that's so synonymous with rain and movies. It's a popular munchie on a rainy day as well as while watching one's favourite movie either at home or in a theatre. I think most of you will definitely agree with me on this.
Well this one is homemade Popcorn on a stovetop with some Piri Piri Seasoning.

15-20 minutes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat Butter and Oil both in a thick bottomed Cooking pot on a low. Stir in some Salt and mix well. Saute for a minute. And cover with a lid. Increase the heat to a medium high. By this time, it starts popping up.
* Step 2
As soon as it starts popping more actively, lower the heat to a low. Otherwise the kernels might get burnt. Keep an eye on it. And then as soon as the popping sound diminshes, take it off the heat. Do not open the lid immediately. Wait for a minute or two before taking off the lid.
* Step 3
Add it to a wide plate and sprinkle Piri Piri Seasoning generously. Toss well and you are all ready to dig in. Enjoy!
* Step 4
TIP- Do it according to the size of the vessel or the pot used. Do it in batches of two or three. Do not do it all at once for the best results. Always do it in parts. Enjoy!
