An amazing puree of Mangoes that is a craze with us Indians every Summers. It's made and relished in almost ever household through out the Country. And iam no exception either. Though it can be made just with Sugar and Mangoes, there are various other options of making it as well. Because it is equally amazing. In this variation, I have used loads of Dry Fruits and Nuts that are slivered and fried. This creamy Aamras with Dry Fruits is to die for. It can be served with Parathas, Rotis, Puris, Sandwiches or Rolls etc. The options are endless. Since it's a thick creamy one, there is no fear of any spillage. You can enjoy it with Rolls and Wraps as well. I have already made these Aam Ras Wraps and shared on this platform.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel and slice all the Mangoes at first. Add them to a blender jar in parts with Milk and Fresh Cream.
* Step 2
Blend until creamy. Add fried slivered Mixed Nuts of your choice to it. Mix well and serve it chilled.
* Step 3
Fresh Cream is optional. You can skip that. But I do add it for a more creamier and lusciuos Aamras. Enjoy!
