This one again is a lovely Dark Chocolate Cake but with toasted Pistachios. Made with Wheat Flour or Aata, this is absolutely an excellent option for baking something healthy and flavourful. I have used Pistachios in this. That's the only difference and is the most amazing thing about it. It's flavourful and decadent. Soft and fluffy with all the goodness of Wheat Flour or Aata as well as the toasted Pistachios. It can be relished at tea-time or can be enjoyed at any time of the day. It will make for an excellent Brunch option too. And as it is an Aata Cake, it's all the more nutritious too. You will definitely love this amazing Cake. Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Keep all the ingredients mentioned ready in one place. Add Butter, Brown Sugar and Egg to a bowl. Whisk until done.
* Step 2
Now fold in all the dry ingredients slowly. Sift them once before proceeding. And finally stir in the melted Dark Chocolate and Toasted Pistachios. Give it all a light mix.
* Step 3
Add it to a parchment paper lined baking tray. Bake for 25-30 minutes on 180° in a preheated oven. Allow it to cool on a wired rack and then slice. Sprinkle some more of toasted Pistachios on top. Enjoy!
