Everybody loves Sandwiches and nobody can ignore Shawarmas. When you mix the two, you are left with yet another delicious and irresistible innovation. When you are craving for Shawarma , go ahead and do this. No fuss preparation and is a healthy sandwich styled Shawarma. You can use any Bread of your choice. Simple Chapatis also can be used. This Shawarma will definitely be loved by the kids. And it's very easily done also. The best part is that it is healthy too. And can be made according to your choice. And Garlic Sauce recipe is also on my profile. You can make that in advance and store. Or simple Mayonnaise will also do the trick. Nothing to worry about. It can be an awesome option for Breakfast, Brunch, Snack or even an easy Dinner idea.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add in the sugar and yeast to the warm water and set it in a warm place. In a big bowl, add flour, oil, yogurt and milk powder and get it ready.
* Step 2
Knead the flour using the yeast water. Cover and keep it in a warm place to rise for about an hour. Marinade chicken for at least half an hour. Dip them in the egg mix before frying and then coat them with breadcrumbs for the crispier popcorn. Deep fry on a medium high heat until done after shaping them into small balls.
* Step 3
From the dough, prepare the pita bread like how you would make your rotis. Let them rest 20 minutes and then pan fry. Start by applying some mayonnaise or garlic sauce on the pita bread and place any veggie of your choice. Carefully stack up another pita bread on top of this one, and apply some ketchup to it. Place some cucumber slices and chicken popcorn
* Step 4
Place some carrot slices on the next layer and finally add another pita bread on top. Assembling them in your way will be much better. You can do it according to your family's preferences. Enjoy!
