Simple Omelette

#weekmulticolour Super duper easy and fluffy Omelette for everyone on any day. It's made so very easily without many ingredients. You can add Onions if desired but I have kept this very simple. And since it is eaten for Suhoor, I have not added Onions to it. And I have used both Butter and Oil for a lovely flavour and texture. It gets done very quickly and can be eaten on every single day without a fuss. Kids will love this too. Nothing special or unique about this one but yes it's absolutely tempting and delectable. Plus also great in looks. And all this makes it so delish and a bit different from those Omelettes with Onions and Vegetables. Also it has both fresh Green and Red Chillies in it that makes it look so tempting and colourful. Happy Cooking with Zee!

Ingredient

Food ration :

2-3 servings

Cooking time :

10-12 minutes
2 tbsp

Butter

1 tsp

Oil

1 tsp or to taste

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Beat Eggs in a bowl until fluffy. Add the rest of the ingredients mentioned too except Butter and Oil. Now whisk everything well until frothy.

* Step 2

Heat a tawa with Butter and Oil both on a low heat. Add this Egg mix onto the tawa. Cover and cook for about 2-3 minutes each on both the sides. Never do it on a high heat.

* Step 3

That's it. Serve it piping hot alongside Chapatis or Phulkas for Suhoor or pre dawn meals in Ramadan. It's a beautiful colour that catches our eyes when we see this Simple Omelette. And it's heaven when we eat that hot. Enjoy your mealtimes with your loved ones.
