Chilli Garlic Prawns

A very famous Indo Chinese appetiser that's an excellent one for parties at home. Be it a Dinner or a get together or even family reunions or weekend special parties, it's a very popular choice. It's done very quickly and is an hassle free dish. The best part is that it can be served with both Fried Rice and Breads. It goes well with many an Indian Breads like Naans, Rumali Rotis, Tandoori Rotis, Parathas, Chapatis etc. This Chilli Garlic appetiser is made in both Veg and Non-Veg versions. The lovely Non-Veg dish cannot be left behind in terms of looks and flavour. And this Non-Vegetarian version is every bit a hit with all Non-Veg lovers. Happy Cooking with Zee!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add the first 6 ingredients along with Cornflour and All-purpose Flour to a bowl. Mix well and set aside for 15 minutes. After done, shallow fry them until crisp and done.

* Step 2

Meanwhile, heat a tablespoon of Oil in a deep pan. Add chopped Garlic and roughly chopped Onions. Stir fry for a few minutes. Add Tomato paste or sauce. Also add fried Prawns now. Adjust Salt. Mix well. Garnish with chopped Coriander Leaves.

* Step 3

Serve this tantalizing dish well garnished with some chopped Spring Onions. Enjoy!
