Coconut Milk and Orange Panna Cotta

#GA4 #week26 An excellent Dessert that can be whipped up with absolute ease and perfection. It's made with Coconut Milk and Orange juice along with it's rind that's also being added. All in all, a lovely looking delicious idea for a Dessert aftermeals. It's an awesome option and since it's a Seasonal treat, it can be made when Oranges are available aplenty in the markets. Here I gave a recipe with minimal ingredients. You can very well double or triple it according to your requirements. Well that's it. The whole thing about this simple and easy Dessert. You can give it a try and let me know how it turned out for you all. And this is my tribute to all the lovely ladies on World Women's Day.

Ingredient

Food ration :

5-6 servings

Cooking time :

10 minutes
4-5 tbsp

Sugar

2-3 strands

Agar-Agar

1/2 cup

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil Coconut Milk on a low heat with Sugar added to it along with freshly squeezed Orange juice along with its rind. Set aside. In the meantime, add half a cup of water to the Agar-Agar strands that are torn off into small pieces. Bring it to a rolling boil on high heat at first and then allow to simmer for about 4-5 minutes.

It is important that it should be absolutely dissolved and is almost transparent. Then it's ready to be mixed into Coconut Milk and Orange juice.

Mix well. Add this to any Glass dish or a Cake pan whichever is handy. Allow it to cool down a bit keeping it in a cool place. Later refrigerate it until chilled.
