Keema Kachoris or Mutton Mince Kachoris

#cookpadindia Kachoris made with Mutton Mince are often a wonderful appetiser or snack that can be made for any family get togethers or reunions at weekends. Absolutely delish and made with ease. These can be relished with Green Chutney or Red Chutney. And on top of this, these are made with both whole wheat flour and plain flour for a healthier twist by me. Now isn't that wonderful? What more could one ask for? The texture also is amazing. Crisp, Crunchy and absolutely melt in mouth Kachoris are at your disposal in no time at all. Homemade and healthy. Made with love. Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Knead a smooth dough out of all the ingredients mentioned. Keep aside for 15 to 20 minutes well covered.

* Step 2

Heat a tablespoon of oil and add onions first. Saute them until translucent. Now add the rest of the spices and finally the Mince. Simmer on a low heat for 10 minutes. Saute all until done after adding boiled Peas and keep aside. Garnish with coriander too.

* Step 3

Now divide the dough into medium sized balls and start rolling. Place about a big tablespoon of the filling in the centre and bring all the edges to the centre pleating it all the way and then pinching it at the top to secure it firmly.

* Step 4

Make all in this way and deep fry them in hot oil on a low to medium high heat only. The oil should be hot and do not increase the heat. These require a little patience. If these are fried on a high heat, the inside may not be cooked through and thus remain uncooked.

* Step 5

Deep fry all as such and serve with any Chutney of your choice, especially Meethi chutney.
