Gram Flour or Besan Laddus

#cookpadindia My family's all time favourite dessert and an ultimate one at that. It is a sheer bliss. A bite into it is enough to sweep you all off your feet. Melt in mouth, super soft and super moist laddus are made in a jiffy. Hassle free and done so very quickly too. Try these yummy goodies and feed your families fresh homemade lovely food at all times. The only important part is that of roasting which needs to be done on a low heat taking enough care that it's not burnt. Stirring is the second important part. Once done with these two essential parts of this Laddu making, it's an easy task ahead. These can be stored in the refrigerator for a long time though iam not sure whether there will be any left for storage. Enjoy!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Roast Gram Flour or Besan on a low heat using Ghee. It should be done on a low heat only occasionally stirring it until the raw smell fades and a lovely aroma emanates in your kitchens. Take care while roasting. It should not be burnt.

* Step 2

Add Cardamom powder and Powdered Sugar. Mix well and let it off the heat. Allow it cool slightly just until you can handle it. Stir in your favourite Dry Fruits slivered and shape into medium sized balls of equal size.

* Step 3

Store in an airtight container after it cools down completely and relish upto a week or a little more if refrigerated. Anyways you will not have to fear that because they will never remain in the container for you to worry about it's storage. They will vanish in no time. That's it. As simple as that. Treat your families to a yummy Laddu on any given day. Yum!
