Simple Bitter Gourd Fry

A simple Bitter Gourd fry that is easy to make with just a few ingredients. It's an excellent side dish with many a meals. You have to slice it thinly and mix with a few spices. Deep fry in hot Oil on a medium high heat until golden brown and crisp. Spread them on a plate and enjoy with your loved ones at mealtimes. It's an excellent choice with simple Daal, any Dry Sabzi as well as any gravy. That's the beauty of this awesome fry. It is absolutely amazing. Simple yet very tasty and crispy. Most of the times, my family prefers eating it this way.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add the sliced Bitter Gourd to a bowl with Salt and Turmeric powder. Cover and keep aside for 30 minutes or a little more.
* Step 2
After 25-30 minutes, drain well. Now to this add Amchur. Mix well and deep fry until golden brown and done.
* Step 3
Serve at mealtimes to your loved ones and enjoy. Yum!
