Left over beef pot roast (beef and noodles)
I forgot to take a picture and when I remembered it was all gone.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Warm the beef and gravy together in a sauce pan over medium heat. Shred the beef with 2 forks. Mix together.
* Step 2
Boil 1 bag of egg noodles over high heat in a bigger sauce pan.
* Step 3
Drain and return the noodles to sauce pan.
* Step 4
Add the shredded beef and gravy mixture to the noodles. Stir everything together. Add about 1 cup of water to thin out the gravy. It's up to you to decide how much water to add. It just depends on how thick you want the gravy over the noodles.
* Step 5
Serve with sides of your choice. Enjoy.
