Hyderabadi Aaloo Gosht Sojni Ki Phalli
#GA4
#week13
Hyderabadi Aaloo Gosht has been given an innovative twist by me with the addition of Drumsticks. This is a simple everyday Curry made with Potatoes and Drumsticks. But I have added Mutton Bone-in also to enhance the flavour. This is usually made in both the ways. Vegetarian as well Non-Veg version. Either Aaloo Phalli or Phalli Gosht. Both are good in their own ways. Easily made with a few ingredients, this one is relished with Rice and Khatti Daal. This is a simple dish and loved by many. Sojni ki Phalli as Drumsticks are called in Hyderabad, is a favourite in my family. But here for a change, i have used all 3 of them in one single Curry. Therefore i make it a point to serve it once in every two Weeks. You will definitely love to have this for a change and iam sure you will relish it. Happy Cooking Everyone!
