Healthy and yummy. It's the best comfort food in Winters. One of the most loved one by my family. Store them in airtight containers and enjoy. They stay good upto a month and more. The most important of all is the roasting of the Flour. Do it on a low heat and keep stirring until a divine aroma fills up your kitchen. Take care not to burn it. After it's done, the whole process will take only a couple of minutes more. I have also shared Gond and Atta Laddus on my profile. Edible Gum when added to the Wheat Flour makes it absolutely healthy. These Laddus are power packed goodies for everyone in the family. Serve them with a mug of hot Milk. It's a perfect way to relish these beautiful Laddus.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Dry roast the flour on low flame until an exotic aroma emanates in your kitchen. It's heavenly. This process will take almost 20 minutes. Keep stirring in between.
* Step 2
After 25 minutes, the colour changes to light brown and at this point of time, add ghee or butter, nuts and cardamom powder. Also add in jaggery powder.
* Step 3
Mix it well and remove it onto a plate. When it is still warm, start shaping into medium sized laddus.
