Cheesy Pita Bread Omelette

Have a healthy and an innovative Breakfast by opting for this Omelette on crisp Pita Bread that's topped with Cheese too. Eat this hot with chilli garlic sauce. This is a very simple recipe. An innovative touch to the popular Omelette which is a universal favourite of many a people by me using it on Pita Bread. And using Cheese makes it even more delectable. This is best served at Breakfast or Brunch with nothing much for an accompaniment except for some Chilli sauce and a hot beverage of your choice.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
On an oiled pan, roast the pita bread at first. To the beaten eggs, add chopped onions, fresh veggies, and lots of freshly chopped coriander.
* Step 2
You can add any of your kid's favorite veggies also. Mix everything in the eggs just as we do for an omelet. Isn't that simple? Well, yes! You can add any and every favorite veggie to your family. I have used Capsicum, Tomato, and Olives very finely chopped. Pour a generous ladleful of this mix on each Pita.
* Step 3
Sprinkle salt and pepper according to taste. Cover this and let it cook for about 3-4 minutes.
* Step 4
Uncover it and if cooked through, sprinkle the cheese over and switch off the heat. Cover it for another minute. Serve hot with chilli garlic sauce. Follow the same for all the Pita Breads. That's it. As simple as that.
