The name itself spells magic. This is one recipe that is close to my heart. Infact the white sparkling balls of Cottage Cheese dunked in Spinach Greens holds a special place in everyone's heart. It's the most loved dish in every Indian household. The luscious and creamy gravy will leave you spellbound with every single bite. Relish this Indian magic food with any of your favourite Bread as well as Pulaos or any of the Rice preparations. The Cheese is also homemade and fresh. That is why I shaped them into balls instead of cutting into cubes. And this dish wins hands down when it's made for any competition either at home or in any party. Happy Cooking Everyone!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First of all, blanch Spinach Greens in hot water with little Salt for about 5-6 minutes. Cover the bowl. After 5 minutes, drain them nicely and allow to cool.
* Step 2
Meanwhile keep the rest of the things ready for the dish. Blend Spinach, Cashewnuts, Ginger and Green Chillies until smooth. In a kadai, heat Oil, saute Garlic and Onions until light golden. Add Salt, Turmeric, Cumin and Spinach puree. Mix well and add in Cottage Cheese balls with half of Fresh Cream. Adjust Salt. Cook for about 4-5 more minutes.
* Step 3
Garnish with Kasuri Methi, Garam Masala and Fresh Cream. Enjoy!
