Milky Besan Laddus

#Hot #cookpadindia My family's all time favourite dessert and an ultimate one at that. It is a sheer bliss. A bite into it is enough to sweep you all off your feet. Melt in mouth, super soft and super moist laddus are made in a jiffy. Hassle free and done so very quickly too. Try these yummy goodies in my style and feed your families fresh homemade lovely food at all times. Addition of Ghee depends upon the quality of the Gram Flour used. So use it accordingly. Remember to use lukewarm Ghee as required. Happy Dessert Time! Enjoy Cooking with Zee!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat a non-stick pan with a tablespoon of Ghee. Roast Gram Flour or Besan on a low heat until a slight colour change is seen.

* Step 2

At this point, it smells heavenly. Take it out in a plate and add Sugar, Nuts and Cardamom powder to it. Mix well.

* Step 3

Now add warm Ghee to it little by little and start mixing. Take a small portion of it in your hands and try to shape it into a ball. The mixture should be warm.

* Step 4

Do not add all Ghee at once. Add it little at a time. Now Condensed Milk to it. You should be able to shape it into balls very easily. Condensed Milk actually helps to bind these Laddus well.

* Step 5

Delicious Laddus can be stored in airtight containers in the refrigerator and relished upto a week.
