Made with minimum of ingredients yet out of this world in taste and looks as well. Easily done and absolutely delicious in no time at all. It's a beautiful one to whip up on any day. And the best part is that the ingredients are all so simple. They are easily available too. It's a super duper Dessert with a melt in mouth texture and flavour. You will just love it. It's a sheer bliss when you take a first bite that it exactly cannot be put into words. It's that awesome. Store it in airtight containers and enjoy upto a Week if refrigerated and almost 3-4 days if it's at room temperature. That's it beautiful people. Happy Dessert Time!

20 minutes

3/4 cup

Water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan heat Ghee or Butter and roast the dry fruits well. Drain and keep aside. To the same pan add the flour and keep stirring it until a nice aroma emanates in your kitchen. Keep stirring it and do not over roast it.

* Step 2

Make a single string consistency sugar syrup and add the flour to it along with the dry fruits and vanilla essence. Keep stirring it and mixing it until it becomes thick. It will get thicker as it cools down.

Transfer to a greased dish and let it cool for say around 15 to 20 minutes or a little more. Cut into desired shapes and serve. Enjoy!
