Mutton Hakka Noodles

My lovely twist to these super yummy noodles with lamb boneless meat slightly pressure cooked. A popular Indo Chinese street food in India that is loved by many. This basically requires sauteeing of veggies and non veg in some Sauces common to Chinese cuisine and then adding the boiled noodles to this and giving it a gentle stir so as not to break them. Made in just a few minutes, these can be perfect for snacking when you are damn hungry after work or school or for a kitty party with friends at tea-time. Filling and delicious both at the same time, these are to die for. Above all a perfect Dinner on any day that can be relished with the whole family.
Happy Dinner Time!

Cover and cook on low heat for 3--4 minutes. Boil noodles with turmeric and half a teaspoon of salt. Drain and keep aside. Now add these boiled noodles to the sauteed vegetables along with meat and sprinkle blackpepper powder on it. Squeeze some lemon juice and garnish with chopped coriander.
