Gobhi Shimla Mirch Stir Fry

#week4of5 #cookpadindia An easy simple to do side dish that is not only healthy but tasty too. It can be served with rice and rotis both. Lovely colour and a little bit on the tangy side due to the addition of tomatoes. Perfect for a mid-day meal or even a lovely dinner with your loved ones.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan, heat oil and add the ginger garlic paste and green chillies. Saute for a minute and add the rest of the spices. Now add the sliced onions. Saute until translucent. Add the chopped tomatoes now.

* Step 2

Followed by the cauliflower florets and diced capsicum both. Cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Open the lid and adjust salt accordingly.

* Step 3

Saute until the oil starts separating and a thick masala is formed due to tomatoes and onions. Garnish with lots of chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot as a side dish to your favourite meal.
