Honey Chilli Potato Fingers

This is an easy take on the famous dish and had been done by me with frozen Potato Fingers that are easily available. However these can be done without frozen ones too. The cooking time thus differs a little and the end result will be almost same. The frozen ones are a bit handy when you are short of time and especially for a quick fix meal, it's always a boon in disguise. It's a lovely dish with simple pantry staples that are available in every kitchen. Enjoy!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a pan, heat oil and add the garlic mince. Saute it on a low flame for a minute until light brown. Next, add the Chilli powder and Soy sauce. Stir it well and add the thawed potato fingers.
* Step 2
Toss well and simmer for about 4 to 5 minutes on low heat. Keep the lid on. Add honey and lemon juice too before putting the lid on.
* Step 3
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve hot as an appetizer or even a 4 pm snack or an afterschool snack for the kids.
