Mangoes and Yoghurt combined to get the most delectable smooth velvety Lassi that's topped with some Homemade Malai preferably. But if it's out of your reach, then Fresh Cream from any brand will work just fine. But the flavour might differ a lot. Homemade Malai beaten well with little Sugar added will make it creamy and lusciuos. This lusciously delicious Malai will render the Lassi a lovely flavour and aroma. If you are in the Country, it's very easy to get Homemade Malai from the Buffalo Milk that we all consume. Cow's Milk will not yield creamy Malai. It's not recommended by me for this reason. Whip up this Malai Lassi before the Mangoes disappear from the Indian markets dear people. Relish it with your loved ones and friends alike. Enjoy!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add chopped Mangoes and Yoghurt to a blender jar and blend on a high for 5-6 minutes. Add water only if required. Do not add it if you want a creamy Lassi. Yoghurt has the water content anyways and therefore skipping it is a good choice. Add Sugar according to taste.
* Step 2
Chill in the refrigerator until ready to use. Top up with a tablespoon of Malai in every Shot glass just before serving.
