Grilled chicken breast with balsamic apricot sauce

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl mix the spices with olive oil, and coat the chicken cutlets with it. Let it marinate for 1 hour at room temperature.

* Step 2

Heat up the griddle. Cook and mark both sides the chicken breast. Brush the apricots half’s with a bit of olive oil and grill them.

* Step 3

In a small saucepan, cook together at moderate heat, balsamic vinegar, water apricots, oregano, and let the sauce to thick, let apricots fall apart.

* Step 4

Serve the grilled chicken with apricot sauce and griddle apricots.
