Chicken Strips

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut each chicken breast into about 3-4 strips

* Step 2

Put everything in the buttermilk marinade into a bowl. Add chicken

* Step 3

Place bowl into fridge let marinade for at least 15 minutes but preferably overnight

* Step 4

Put everything from the flour mixture into a zip lock bag

* Step 5

Spoon a few tablespoons of marinade into the flour mix

* Step 6

Take chicken out of marinade and put into the flour mix, shake bag and press flour into the chicken

* Step 7

Heat oil to 325-350 degrees Fahrenheit

* Step 8

Fry chicken in batches untill internal temperature is 165 (4-6 minutes)

* Step 9

Let oil cool and strain back into bottle to reuse. reusable until black specs start showing up, to dispose pour into dirt but not grass (oil is good for soil but kills grass)
