This pizza is brimming with fresh and luscious flavor and boasting of such beautiful natural colors. In this fruit pizza recipe I have used a readymade pizza base crust layered with a generous amount of vibrantly flavored fresh fruits with feta cheese and orange cinnamon glaze.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Make the orange juice using a juicer and store 1/4 cup for the glaze. Cut the fruits of your choice as per your desired shapes.
* Step 2
In a flat bottomed pan add brown sugar, once it starts melting add the orange juice and keep stirring. Add cinnamon and cardamom powder and finally when it starts thickening add the lemon juice.
* Step 4
Now brush the pizza tray and the bread with olive oil and just bake at 180 degrees for 5 minutes when both the sides are light golden. Meanwhile crumble the feta cheese(I used this for its typical sour taste)
* Step 5
Now apply the nutella, and the jams on the bread and spread as shown
* Step 6
Now assemble the fruits and sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese. Finally brush the fruits with the orange cinnamon glaze and enjoy it cold as dessert or just as it is. I am sure you will love the sweet and sour cheesy taste.
