Chicken Kababs are one of those great make-ahead party foods that make so much sense when you’re entertaining your guests. Chicken Kababs are easy, simple, delicious, and crispy snack prepared with meat and spices which are just required for essential seasoning.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Grind Onion, ginger, garlic, 2tbsp gram flour & 4 green chillies in mixer grinder. Then add Boneless chicken, salt & sugar in it. Add chopped coriander leaves and 1 tbsp butter and make a smooth pasty mixture.
* Step 2
Then mix boiled potato with it. Knead it well. Then make round shape kabab from it.
* Step 3
Make thick flour mixture with egg, water, salt & red chilli powder. First coat the kababs with breadcrumbs, then dip into the flour mixture, again coat it with bread crumbs. I prefer less bread crumbs for this recipe so I usually dust off the excess crumbs here.
* Step 4
Heat oil in pan & fry kababs until golden brown. Remove from the oil and then drain on paper towels before serving. Serve it with tomato sauce,mayonnaise and salad.
