A winter pop-up menu to satiate your dessert craving. This is a famous bengali dessert whose luscious texture and the fresh tanginess of the orange segments will make you fall in love with it.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix 2 tbsp cornflour,1/4 cup milk, sugar and keep aside. Boil the 1 litre milk and add 1/2 cup milkmaid and keep stirring. Now add the cornflour mixture to the milk and reduce till it thickens.Switch the flame off and wait till the thickened milk comes into room temperature.
* Step 2
Remove orange skin. Separate orange segments and remove the seeds as well as discard the orange skins. Cut into small slices.
Meanwhile scoop out the orange slices and use the peel to serve your dessert. Use the peel and just shred it to make some zest which we will add before serving.
* Step 3
Mix the orange juice(while slicing the orange segments) along with the segments with the thickened milk lightly. Once properly mixed either serve it in room temperature or after chilling for 2hours. Pour into orange peel cups and refrigerate before serving.
