Caramel Strawberry Custard

This classic caramel vanilla custard, with the goodness of caramelized sugar and sandwiched with strawberry jelly is a perfect sweet treat post meal.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix the custard powder, 1 tsp agar agar powder, strawberry essence with 3 tbsp milk and keep aside. Boil rest milk and add the mixture with stirring
* Step 2
Heat the sugar in a nonstick pan and melt by turning and tilting and pour into the mould.
* Step 3
Mix the strawberry jelly crystals and 1 tsp agar agar powder. Warm water and pour into the mixture and mix well
* Step 4
Now pour the half milk custard into the mould with caramel and allow to set in fridge. Then take out and pour the strawberry jelly and allow to set. Finally pour the remaining custard and allow to set for overnight. Gently demould and place on a serving plate and enjoy your dessert
