Flying Egg Chowmein

#cday Street style Chowmein always attracts my son and even though he never tasted but the attraction is with the looks of the dish. Now when you are ready with Chowmein in street food style just give it another exciting look to make it special

Ingredient

Food ration :

3 people

Cooking time :

30 minutes
250 gms

noodles

1 tbsp

soya sauce

1 tsp

salt

1/2 slice

orange or lime

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil the noodles with salt and water and drain off and keep in a strainer after mixing with oil. Scramble the eggs and keep it aside

* Step 2

In a wok add 2 tbsp vegetable oil, ginger slices, garlic cloves and then onion, green capsicum, carrot and fry till soft. Add the noodles and stir

* Step 3

Now add soya sauce, green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce and mix well. Add scrambled eggs and Chowmein masala

Mix very well and the Chowmein is ready.

Now it’s turn to make your flying Chowmein. Just take a half slice orange or lime and pierce a chop stick. Use a fork horizontally to fix with the chopsticks and now put the Chowmein over it. Now place it on the table and a funny yummy treat is ready on Children’s Day for your kids.
