Malabar Spinach Fritters

#fest This bora or fritters are made of pui shaak leaf.It is a bengali snack item apart from traditional puishaak chorchori.

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 people

Cooking time :

10 minutes
2 tbsp

rice flour

1 tsp

salt

1/4 tsp

baking soda

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut the spinach leaves with the petioles and wash well. Then wipe with kitchen towel and keep in fridge between tissue paper

* Step 2

Take out the leaves next day and bring to room temperature and wipe the condenser moisture

* Step 3

Now prepare the batter with besan flour, rice flour, baking soda and salt and some water to have a thick consistency

* Step 4

Now dip in one by one the leaves and deep fry. Enjoy hot as side dish with rice and daal or Khicdi. I prefer some pomegranate pril as I love the sweet and salt combination
