#toc3 #breakfast An easy and quick bread toast loaded with goodness of eggs and fresh green coriander leaves. Coriander is a fragrant, antioxidant-rich herb that has many culinary uses and health benefits.It may help lower your blood sugar, fight infections, and promote heart, brain, skin, and digestive health. So pack your tiffin and set off to work and grab a yummy and healthy breakfast.

milk

1/2 tsp

salt

4 tbsp

olive oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Make a paste of coriander leaves with garlic(green chilli is optional)

Whisk the eggs with milk, salt, pepper powder in a bowl.

* Step 3

Add the coriander paste and chopped onions and mix well.

* Step 4

Dip in the bread slices and fry with very less oil in a non-stick pan and toast for a bit longer time as less oil and it should become slight toasted with a crispiness.
