An easy and quick bread toast loaded with goodness of eggs and fresh green coriander leaves. Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Make a paste of coriander leaves with garlic(green chilli is optional)
* Step 2
Whisk the eggs with milk, salt, pepper powder in a bowl.
* Step 3
Add the coriander paste and chopped onions and mix well.
* Step 4
Dip in the bread slices and fry with very less oil in a non-stick pan and toast for a bit longer time as less oil and it should become slight toasted with a crispiness.
