A unique and tasty pizza recipe where maggi noodles are used pizza base with vegetable and cheese toppings. It is an awesome kid snack recipe which offers the maggi flavour and meets your kid’s pizza craving thus forming a unique taste and savour. I am not a big fan of this such fusion recipe and like the simple masala 2 minutes maggi. But this is my son’s choice trying to convince me about the complexity of preparing and kneading the plain flour dough But unbelievably it was a hit and my son was too happy.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take 2 Masala maggi noodles pack and cook with less water and add the masala satchets. Cook till partially soft and add chopped coriander leaves. Allow to cool and add 2 tbsp cornflour and add if further required. The mixture should be slight tacky. corn flour acts as a glue and helps to shape the noodles as a pizza base
* Step 2
Now take a flat pan and grease with 2 tbsp oil. Pour the mixture and with a spoon spread and flatten. Allow to cook for 5 minutes and it should not stick to the pan. Now transfer to a plate just by toppling the base. Place the other side now on the same pan.
* Step 3
Add 2-3 tbsp oil along the sides and fry till crispy.
* Step 4
Now add the pizza sauce and add vegetable of your choice. I did not use onion. Add black olives and grate mozarella cheese and sprinkle oregano and red chilli flakes and enjoy hot.
