In Kolkata popularly known as Fuchka - Potato, onion, chickpeas, coriander chutney stuffed crispy round balls drenched in sour and spicy tangy mint flavored water easily fills one’s mouth. Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Light Fry the golgappa pieces and keep the boiled potatoes, black gram and matar. Cut onions, green chilli, coriander leaves

* Step 2

In a bowl take boiled ingredients together. Add black salt, red chilli powder,roasted cumin powder,onions, green chilli, gandhoraj lemon juice and mix nicely. Adjust salt to taste. Meanwhile take 2 tbsp of panipuri mixture and soak in 2 cup of water.

* Step 3

Now make hole in the middle of each golgappa and add the potato stuffing. On top sprinkle some chanchur and tomato ketchup. Dip into the panipuri water and enjoy.
