fennel seeds

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a kadai take oil and light fry fenugreek seeds soaked overnight and fennel seeds.

* Step 2

Add onions and fry and then take out the spices and onions, kasuri methi and add in flour. Add few boiled potatoes to make it mushy and add water, salt, oil to make the dough

* Step 3

Now make small balls and keep for 10 minutes. Roll into paratha

* Step 4

Light fry paratha in oil and serve with garlic pickle to enjoy
