Aloo paratha are INDIAN BREAKFAST flatbreads made with whole wheat flour, mashed potatoes , onions, spices.This is the simplest recipe I have ever made at home with just 3 ingredients- flour, potato, onion.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix the flour with water, oil, salt, boiled potatoes, onions and make the dough smooth
* Step 2
Now make out small portions and roll into round shaped flat bread
* Step 3
Fry with oil and serve hot with pickle or curd or sauce
