Romanesco side salad
I cooksnapped @credit_crunch_cooke recipe for katsu chicken for dinner and made this quick and easy side salad to have with the meal. Zesty and fresh this salad would work well with any chicken or seafood dish.
NB- Normally I would prefer to use flaked almonds as they toast much better or alternatively you could try toasting sesame seeds as well. If you end up trying the recipe to cook snap, I'd love to see how it turns out with either flaked almonds or sesame seeds instead.
