Kale, apple and almonds
EXPERIMENT 2 in my raw kale salads. This has been the best one so far. it's sweet, salty and nutty. yummy!
Ingredient

3 minutes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash a bunch of kale and drizzle over olive oil. Season with sea salt. Using your hand firmly massage the raw kale for 5 minutes to soften and make it easier to digest.
* Step 2
Toss your almonds in a pan with a little oil and toast for 3 minutes, keep it moving to as not to burn. Add them to your kale.
* Step 3
De-seed your apple and thinly slice it and add to the kale.
lastly, add your raisins for a touch of sweetness - heavenly simple flavours
