Following the traditions of one’s family is always fun💕💕💕💕💕. Yesterday I made my Mother’s Moharram Sharbat which is our family’s traditional drink. The best thing about it are the colourful china grass cubes. My son distributed half of the drink to the vendors and people walking on the road..

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak China grass in 2 cup water and bringing it to boil over a medium heat for 2-3 mins....
Now take out in 2 separate bowls, put red color in one bowl and green color in second bowl and leave it for set.
* Step 2
Then put sugar, almonds, essence,color,pistachio, saffron, cardamom powder, tukh malanga and ice cubes in milk.
Then put China grass small cubes....
* Step 3
Sharbat is ready..Serve chilled Enjoy
