Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a pan,,Add onions saute till brown then add all masalas along with tomatoes,,cook for a whlie then add spinach..fry spinach with masala for 5 to 10 mins
* Step 2
,,Add soaked daal with one glass of water,,bring to boil, cover and cook on low flame until it soften,, check the consistency if needed pour some water.....
* Step 3
Heat ghee or butter in a pan add ginger garlic green chillies and cumin.. cook for a minute or two on med flame.. pour the terka on daal and serve with naan or paratha,,,
